Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the cvk444 platform — including but not limited to the website at cvk444.net, any associated mobile browser interface, or any game or wagering service offered through the platform — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and cvk444.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cvk444 platform. Accessing the platform after these Terms have been updated and published constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the cvk444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus offer communications, these Terms shall prevail.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active cvk444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be self-excluded from the cvk444 platform or from online gambling platforms generally under any national or platform-level self-exclusion scheme that applies to you.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

cvk444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Account Obligations

As a registered cvk444 account holder, you accept the following ongoing obligations. These obligations exist to protect both you as a player and the integrity of the cvk444 platform as a whole.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cvk444 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. cvk444 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to the support team prior to the activity occurring.

Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact the cvk444 support team immediately via live chat. cvk444 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such a report, including temporary account suspension pending investigation.

Keeping Information Current. You must notify cvk444 promptly of any changes to the personal information held on your account, including changes to your registered email address, mobile number, or residential address. cvk444 will use your registered contact details for all communications, including account verification requests, withdrawal approvals, and responsible gaming notifications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay processing of your requests.

Account Funding. Your cvk444 account must only be funded using payment methods that are registered in your own name. cvk444 will not process deposits or withdrawals to or from payment accounts belonging to third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment method that has successfully passed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process associated with your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cvk444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvk444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.

Supported Deposit Methods. cvk444 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard card payments are also accepted where available. cvk444 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Players who have not yet completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals. Once verified, withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of withdrawal requests at the time.

Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with standard anti-financial crime practices. If the original deposit method is unavailable at the time of withdrawal, cvk444 may request additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal channel.

• cvk444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• cvk444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Accounts with pending identity verification queries will have withdrawals held until the verification matter is resolved.
• Chargeback requests raised against cvk444 through a payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

cvk444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin campaigns, seasonal promotions tied to the BPL and IPL cricket seasons, and Eid and Pohela Boishakh special offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any given promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived funds will be approved.

Bonus Opt-In. All bonuses on the cvk444 platform are opt-in. No bonus is applied to a player account without the player having actively chosen to claim it. Before opting into any promotion, you are strongly encouraged to read the full terms of the offer, including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit requirement, bonus expiry date, and maximum withdrawal limit (if applicable).

Abuse of Bonuses. cvk444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of a software error, coordinated group play designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, use of bonus funds on excluded game categories, or multiple accounts being used to claim the same promotion more than once.

• Free spins are valid only on the specific game title(s) stated in the promotion terms and expire at the end of the promotional period.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to place bets on games that are excluded from bonus wagering — the eligible game list is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the individual promotion terms take precedence for that specific offer.
• cvk444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice in cases of technical error or abuse.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and any other wagering activity conducted through the cvk444 platform is subject to the following general rules in addition to the individual game rules applicable to each product category.

Bet Acceptance. cvk444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its discretion, including after acceptance, in cases of technical error, odds compilation error, or evidence of irregular betting patterns. Where a bet is voided after acceptance, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game products on the cvk444 platform. The applicable stake limits are displayed within the game or betting market interface before a bet is placed. cvk444 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where warranted by risk management considerations.

In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets — including real-time cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to suspension and re-pricing during the course of an event. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance unless a clear pricing error is identified. cvk444 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions that prevent a player from placing or amending in-play bets.

Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection during a live dealer game or a slot spin — cvk444 will use server-side game logs to determine the outcome of the affected round. The result recorded on cvk444 servers is the definitive result. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle where a reliable game outcome cannot be determined from server logs.

RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) on the cvk444 platform use independently certified RNG technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are as certified by the supplying studio and are available in the game information panel within the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cvk444 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and in serious cases may be referred to the relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud cvk444 or other players, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks made in bad faith, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, AI-driven betting systems, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with games on the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer game environment in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the cvk444 platform to process proceeds of crime or to obscure the origin of funds. cvk444 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing cvk444 customer support staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, registering under another person's name, or accessing another player's account without their express authorisation.

Account Closure & Termination

Either you or cvk444 may close or terminate your account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your cvk444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Closure by cvk444. cvk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during a KYC verification process.
• Engagement in any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified by cvk444.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormancy policy).

Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account by cvk444 for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited where the balance is determined to be the direct result of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other breach of these Terms. In cases of termination where no wrongdoing is found, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting applicable processing costs.

Disputes. Any dispute regarding a cvk444 decision — including account suspension, withdrawal refusal, or bet settlement — must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision being made. cvk444 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. cvk444's decision following a completed dispute investigation is final and binding.
